Presented by FORM Dance Projects, Resonance is a powerful new work by award-winning choreographer James Batchelor and Collaborators, featuring Sydney Dance Company’s Pre-Professional Year students alongside original dancers who worked closely with the late Tanja Liedtke. Drawing on Batchelor’s meditative choreographic language, the piece revisits Liedtke’s extraordinary creativity while passing it forward to a new generation. Recognising the dancer’s body as a living archive, Resonance celebrates dance as a language of friendship, community, and transformation, an echo across generations that honours the past while imagining the future
